Apartment no. 5 was excellent because it doesn’t get much sun, so if you use the aircon whilst you’re getting ready to go out, the room stays cool for your return. There’s no aircon in the bedroom but you honestly don’t need it because the apartment is small, the cold air gets into the bedroom. There is a wardrobe, shelves, places to put everything despite being a small place, it’s better equipped for this than bigger places we have rented. Plus it has a washing machine and dishwasher, oven & stove, a good size fridge & freezer. The pool area is clean and quiet, no children, very relaxing. Parking is easy & free. The hosts are the best! They helped us with all our luggage (arrival & departure), which we were very grateful for (i was ill & also developed a knee problem). He even offered to come to the hospital to translate for us, what a sweetheart! The Google translate App is amazing by the way. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in an apparent and it was great for a group like ours. We could combine meals at home on a lovely spacious veranda and going out. The accommodation is not far from the city centre and a supermarket is just down the road. A public beach is also very close, although it’s not the most spectacular one. However, it’s fine for a swim, but families with children probably would be better of travelling to other beaches. I would also like to thank the hosts for giving us an extra appartement as the one we booked (with a view) was not quite ready (the worktop in the kitchen was broken and there was no aircon in one of the bedrooms, although in October you would not need one). So we were lucky to be generously compensated: we could use the appartement we booked and a similar one (spot-on).

Friendly, small apartment complex with swimming pool in walking distance of the beach, local shops and taxi rank. Well equipped for a self catering stay, including washing machine. Staff were really helpful and went out of their way to deal with issues, even if they weren't related to the property. Plenty of space for a family of four.

The apartment was located outside town however there was aproximately 7 min walk to the nearest beach where you could take a walk to town through a beautiful promenade. The apartment we stayed in was compact however was perfect for 2 people with oustide space for a table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with everything you needed. Communication with the hosts was great, they were always making sure that we are happy with the stay. They definitly exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed every second, the pool area was a bonus and if we ever go back to bodrum we will definite let stay in Ilya apertment again.

We had an amazing stay at Ilya Apart 1! The staff were great. The guys were very helpful, accommodating, friendly and they were always there to assist us with anything we needed and made our stay very enjoyable. The apartment had beautiful views, it was clean, nicely decorated and spacious with great facilities and amenities, it was a nice comfortable inviting space. The swimming pool was beautiful and clean and the apartments are in a great location. Would definitely recommend staying here😊

The spacious accommodation at a fair price with a view to die for and a pool to chill in, which was never crowded. Excellent service from very friendly staff. Ideal for a family.

There was a very warm welcome. Our room was super clean. We found in the room everything we needed during our stay. The responsible people were very friendly. Whenever there was the slightest need, they took care of it immediately. The facility is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We had a great rest. Our view was also very amazing. If we travel again to Bodrum we will stay here again definitely. Thanks for everything.
